Life gets in the way. Your training shouldn't fall apart.
The plan holds when your week doesn't. A real training block with real structure underneath, and a coach that keeps it on track.
Invites go out in waves from late 2026. No spam, just your invite.
Built around you at the start. Then it adapts around your life.
Nothing left to work out. Open the app and lift.
Just show up and lift.
Every decision that usually lands on you is already made: what today is, how heavy, how hard, how long to rest, when to change something. You open the app and train.
That is what a coach is for. Yours is there for every session, not once a month.
One plan, generated from what you tell it.
Most apps hand you a library of templates and leave the choosing to you. Every one of them was written for a range of people, so none of them quite fits.
BlockLift builds yours from your schedule, your sport, the split you like and the movements you need to avoid. Nothing to pick from, nothing that half-fits.
The plan bends. It doesn't break.
Dialled back to what you can recover from. The block stays on track.
Not skipped. The work that matters fits the time you have.
Same stimulus, different tool. The week still counts toward the same block.
Sick in week 2, holiday in week 5. Paused, not reset. Those weeks don't count, and nothing goes back to zero.
Weeks 8 and 9 trained around an injury. Adapted sessions, and the streak keeps counting.
A coach that's always there.
Not a plan you're left alone with. The coach shows up at every point in the block and is reachable any time in between.
- Dumbbell rear lunges (my pick)
- Cable step-ups
- Leg press, close stance
Science-backed effort and progression.
Progression runs on double progression: reps climb, then load climbs. Every session is tuned to a sustainable, evidence-based effort that builds strength and muscle without burning you out.
The coach also manages fatigue for you. Ask for six days a week and it still caps volume at what research says is optimal per muscle. Push hard for too long and it recommends a deload, or you schedule one yourself. The deload slots in between progression weeks, never replacing one, so backing off never costs you your place in the plan.
Reps climbed, so the load climbs. Programmed, not guessed.
The coach sees how you're really recovering.
It reads sleep and heart rate variability from Apple Health or Health Connect. That's what drives readiness adjustments and knowing when to back off. Your workouts sync back out, so training shows up in your wider health picture.
When progress stalls, the coach steps in.
Train long enough and a lift will stall. Most apps keep showing you the same target. BlockLift's coach spots the stall and changes something: volume, rep range, an intensity technique, or a variation. You don't diagnose it, and you don't design the fix.
Everything you need to train well.
I built BlockLift to fix something that kept happening to me.
The trackers I used were fine at recording what I'd done, but that was all they did. There was no coach in the loop, so every call about what to do next was mine to make. Without anything guiding those decisions I'd stall and spin my wheels, unsure what to change.
Programming was the other half of the problem. The templates I found online and in other apps were written for a broad range of people, not for my schedule, my goals, or the things I needed to train around. Building my own from scratch fitted better, but it ate hours in planning and balancing, and I had to redo it every time life shifted.
AI turned out to be genuinely useful here, putting a plan together around me and adjusting it when I was run down or carrying an injury. But the moment I leaned on it, tracking got clunky and I couldn't see whether I was actually getting stronger.
So I built the thing I wanted: AI coaching that plans and adapts your training, fast logging and progress tracking underneath it, and the exercise guidance I always ended up searching for anyway. One app, instead of three that each did a third of the job.

Before you join.
When does the beta start?
Invites go out in waves from late 2026. Joining the list puts you in the queue, and we email you the moment your spot opens.
Which platforms?
iOS and Android. Health data comes from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android.
What does it cost?
The beta is free. Beta members hear about pricing before anyone else, and before it applies to them.
Do I need a watch or a ring?
No. Sleep and HRV make readiness sharper, but the coach still adapts from what you log and how you say you feel on the day.
What happens to my email?
It's stored so we can send your invite and beta updates. Nothing else, nothing shared, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Can I use my own routine?
No. BlockLift builds one plan around you and adapts it as you go, and that only works when the coach owns the plan. You still shape it: the split you prefer, the muscles you want emphasised, the movements you need to avoid, and the days you train.
A training plan that survives your real life.
